I graduated from Chester University with a degree in Travel & Tourism Management. I started working at a community centre as an Office Manager and moved onto an Architecture Practice. After 4 years I decided I wanted to move on to a more challenging, fun & global environment and saw that FGPS was hiring. I joined in 2015 and took on a hybrid role of Office Manager/HR and ever since I have been on the path to carving out my career in People Operations as a generalist. In 2018 I received accreditation with CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) and became Senior People Operations Manager responsible for the N.Europe region. Most recently I studied and completed a payroll technician course with CIPP (Chartered Institute for Payroll Professionals).
