My Journey to Launchmetrics 🛣 

I began my career working as an accountant and payroll specialist at a small company, while at university. I saw a glimpse of HR and was quickly intrigued and began studying to know more, finally I've focused on psychology career. A few years later, I started working in a small company as an accountant and human resources specialist. The company grew and became Launchmetrics. I was mixing both roles for several years, but I wanted to dedicate my time to People Operations as that was my passion. I am always trying to improve my knowledge. I love what I do everyday and connecting with our big Launchmetrics Family. I'm focused now on Production and Data Operations teams keeping functional expertise on this field.
