I began my career in Talent Acquisition across different countries and industries, including the luxury accessories world, where I learned how impactful it can be when the right people meet the right opportunities. Today, I’m pursuing this path as a People Specialist at Launchmetrics, supporting the Tech, Product, and Data Science teams.

As a People Specialist, my goal is to identify and attract exceptional professionals who can help shape the future of our technology. Working closely with our Tech, Product, and Data Science teams, I focus on creating a smooth and engaging hiring experience that reflects our values and helps every candidate feel welcomed and appreciated from the very start.

Outside of work, I find joy in the simple things that keep me balanced and inspired. I love cooking, running, and travelling to discover new cultures and flavors. I’m definitely a people person, always up for good company and long conversations. I also tend to talk quite a lot, which I like to think is part of my Gemini charm, always curious and full of energy for what comes next.
