My Journey to Launchmetrics 🛣 

I started my journey in People Operations at HealthCorps, a not-for-profit company based in NYC 🗽. After returning to Italy, I fell in love ❤️ with the IT industry working firstly as a Tech recruiter and then as an HR Generalist for a Web Development company. When I saw the job posting for the role on LinkedIn, I instantly knew that I would love the company for its global mindset, data-driven approach, and innovative environment. I’ve been with the company now for almost 2 years.
