ABOUT THE ROLE
Launchmetrics is seeking a Strategic Project Manager for one of its strategic accounts. In this high-impact role, you will act as the primary liaison between Launchmetrics and our strategic customer's project team. Your core responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely, and tailored services that align with the unique needs of the customer in both software platform functionality and data solutions.
This is not a traditional project management role. You will shape expectations, foster strong relationships, and drive data-driven outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction and success. By collaborating closely with internal teams, including Technology, Data Operations, and Brand Insights consulting teams, you will oversee the seamless delivery of platform capabilities, customizations, and data solutions that are precisely adapted to the unique needs of our strategic customers.
What you’ll do:

Tailored Solution Delivery (Software and Data / AI Platform):
Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and data / AI roadmap
Prioritize customer needs effectively for technical and data teams, balancing business objectives with resource availability.
Drive the implementation and ongoing customization of the Launchmetrics software platform to meet the specific needs of the customer in terms of quality and timing
Oversee all specific data related needs in terms of perimeter evolution, taxonomy, enrichment and Brand Performance valuation methodology

External and Internal Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the technical primary point of contact for the customer, building trust and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Empower users to maximize the value of our platform and data solutions through proactive engagement.
Work closely with internal teams—including Data Operations, Technology, and Brand Insights consulting teams—to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and implemented.
Escalate critical issues and risks to appropriate stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation strategies.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and priorities.

Project Leadership and Execution:
Oversee complex initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and any risks are mitigated proactively.
Deliver status updates, roadmaps, and post-project reviews to both internal and external stakeholders.

Data-Driven Outcomes:
Analyze customer data and platform usage to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Establish, monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and ensure the quality and effectiveness of our data, platform, and services.
ABOUT YOU
Experience:
Proven track record in a similar role, ideally combining elements of product management and customer success.
Experience in Media Monitoring / Social Media Monitoring, including hands-on expertise with tools and techniques used to track, analyze, and report on brand performance and audience engagement across traditional and digital channels.
Experience managing strategic accounts, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Familiarity with working with luxury or enterprise clients
Technical Skills:
Effective project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables. Familiarity with tools like Jira or other project management software is required,
Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyze data to inform strategic decisions. Knowledge SQL databases and BI tools like Tableau or Metabase is a plus.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development cycles, data modeling, and tech solutions, enabling effective liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Communication Skills:
Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal teams.
Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders, from C-suite executives to technical experts.
Presentation Skills: Capability to present complex data and project updates clearly and effectively to various audiences.
Native or fluent English is required. Proficiency in French and/or Italian is a plus.
