As a DataOps Support Operator, you will mainly handle customer’s requests identifying root causes and managing prompter solutions.
🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE
As a DataOps Support Operator, you will mainly handle customer’s requests identifying root causes and managing prompter solutions to keep client’s satisfaction and provide meaningful insights to other team members to increase a proactive coverage maintenance. You will collaborate with other teams, both within DataOps and in the wider LM organization, such as DMR AM Team and DMR Tech Team providing feedback, supporting requests, etc.
Missions:
- Management of fireline requests
Give feedback to users fixing their issues as fast as possible
Basic checks on media registry and documents contents
- Management of coverage additions :
Propose new sources to add
Media/sections creation and enrichment
Collaborate with DataOps Quality Team, DMR Account Managers Team and DMR Tech Team to propose tech or processes initiatives to improve our customer support activities

Within DataOps, the DMR Support team_Online is focused on the management of customer’s support requests, providing solutions following checks and investigations through the database, and on management of coverage additions to increase and enrich the company's scope and effectiveness.
