🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Public Relations student to join our team as a Photo Production Assistant Intern. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing key logistical elements of photo production for international fashion events.

Key functional responsibilities:

• Support the Photo Production Executive in coordinating bookings and accreditations for freelance photographers.

• Assist in maintaining and updating schedules, ensuring smooth communication with freelancers.

• Help organize travel and accommodation arrangements for photographers as needed.

• Liaise with event organizers to secure access passes and ensure compliance with event guidelines.

• Provide administrative support, including documentation of production-related expenses to the Production Control Specialist.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines and production goals are met.

🏆 ABOUT YOU

Who you are:

• Currently enrolled in a Public Relations, Communications, Event Management or related field of study.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Italian and English.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Interest in fashion and photography is a plus!

• Proficiency in Google Suite and basic familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
