My Journey to Launchmetrics

I graduated from LCF with a BA in Fashion Management, with a double major in Human Resources and Marketing. I joined Fashion GPS in 2010 and launched our operation in Europe; I was brought in to oversee customer facing activities across the UK, France & Italy, including Sales, Customer Success & Support. I led the UK team as MD for a while before eventually, moving into a global Operations role and forming our HR team. I became COO following the merger of Fashion GPS & Augure to form Launchmetrics and today, I’m responsible for overseeing Global Operations incl. PeopleOps, SaaSOps, RevOps & LegalOps as well as coordinating our global transversal initiatives a part of the Executive team.
