As a Data Entry Operator, you will be part of the Print Data Entry team, responsible for recording content
into our internal database, following a detailed methodology designed to meet client expectations.
You will work across international publications, ensuring timely and high-quality data input that supports the delivery of reliable insights to global fashion, luxury, and beauty brands.
This role directly contributes to the Data Operations team's goals, such as improving data accuracy,delivery timings, and inter-team collaboration—initiatives that support our company-wide
objectives of customer retention, internal ROI, trust in data, and shared purpose by 2025, as well as sustainable growth toward 30% profitability by 2030.
This role directly contributes to Print Data Entry goals, which support our company-wide objectives of operational excellence.
What you’ll do:
Record content into our internal database with accuracy and consistency, targeting a minimum of data accuracy across all entries.
Process content from various countries/languages according to delivery schedules, ensuring on-time completion of assigned publications each week.
Collaborate with team members to support a smooth workflow and balanced workload, contributing to a shared team output target (e.g., number of pages processed per day/week).
Follow detailed instructions and quality guidelines from your manager to maintain our methodology and achieve quality audit scores.
Help maintain timely data delivery by proactively flagging issues or delays, supporting the team in consistently meeting internal SLAs for data availability.
How is success measured?
Productivity: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly processing volume targets, contributing to overall team output.
Quality Feedback: Receive positive QA evaluations with minimal need for corrections or rework.
Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate with team leads and peers, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment.
YOUR PROFILE
Educational background in Communication, Linguistics, Humanities, or a related field.
Good written and spoken English is required.
Good written and reading Russian is required.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (G-Suite) and/or Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Extra Credit
Additional language skills (e.g., Italian or other European languages).
Experience in data querying, filtering, or content tagging.
Knowledge of Fashion, Luxury, or Beauty markets and brands.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT TEAM
Within Data Ops, the Print Data Entry team monitors magazines, analyzes how brands are treated and records data according to our own methodology in order to be able to deliver consistent data to clients. We register data with specific deadlines after the publication of magazines.
You will be trained, supported and managed by the Data Entry Team leader who will assign you the tasks for the recording of Print Data in our Database.
The Data Operations team plays a key role in driving data quality, consistency, and timely delivery, aligning closely with company-wide priorities such as customer retention, trust in data, operational efficiency, and internal ROI.
YOUR IMPACT AT LAUNCHMETRICS
In your first 6–12 months, you’ll be expected to:
Deliver consistent and accurate editorial data for multiple markets, ensuring on-time completion of all assigned publications with an established data accuracy rate.
Improve your speed and precision in data entry through ongoing training and feedback, aiming to reduce review or rework time.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support the overall efficiency and quality of the DataOps pipeline by communicating data issues, contributing to QA efforts, and aligning with the expectations of the Product and Customer Success teams.
