DataOps Internship - China
As a DataOps Intern, you will be part of a team checking and enriching data following specific methodology for the analysis of the features requested by clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a DataOps intern for the APAC region, you will contribute to the expansion, improvement and maintenance of our brands’ detection queries database in order to make sure that we have the best possible coverage for our customers.
You will work hand in hand with our team based in Shanghai, HK and Europe focussing on sources from APAC countries. You will also work on providing support for customer-raised requests related to these markets.
What you’ll do:
- Fully understand the background and standards of data entry, master the use of data entry tools, and correctly and efficiently complete social media data entry;
- Good self-management and time management skill to ensure the efficiency and quality of data entry;
- Regularly summarize the data entry experience and improve the data entry process; quality, and quantity to complete the temporary arrangements for other data-related tasks;.
- High self-discipline and self-management skills while remote working.
ABOUT YOU
Who You Are:
- Native reading, writing and speaking in Chinese;
- Strong attention to detail, precision and self-discipline;
- Good information retrieval skills and the ability to make comprehensive judgments based on information;
- Detail-orientated and highly responsible;
- Can work at least 3 days a week and can work this internship for at least 6 months.
Extra Credit:
- Social media/advertising marketing-related work experience is preferred;
- You have knowledge on Fashion, Luxury and beauty brands.

ABOUT THE DATA OPERATIONS TEAM
The Data Ops team maintains and updates the company's data assets so we have the best possible and most up to date data on our products, across all channels: print, online and social. In collaboration with the Product team and post-sales team we work on the roadmap to support the company data strategy and answer our customers' coverage needs.
We are a diverse and multinational team of hard workers that values collaboration, takes a "hands on" approach, we're problem solvers and we like having fun while we're at it.
