ABOUT THE ROLE
At Launchmetrics, Partnerships are a key driver in solidifying our brand positioning, increasing awareness and expanding into new networks across Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty (FLB), Investment, Consultancy and Tech communities. These collaborations amplify our reach, demonstrate our thought leadership and establish Launchmetrics as a trusted industry partner, driving growth in core verticals and new regions.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, versatile and resourceful individual who is passionate about the industry. Reporting to the Brand & Communications Manager and working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Brand Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day tasks needed to execute the company’s overarching marketing strategy, ensuring they align with Launchmetrics’ mission to enhance industry presence, build brand performance and support business growth.
What you’ll do:
Support the planning, implementation and execution of partnership projects as part of the broader marketing strategy, leveraging industry partners to drive brand awareness, positioning and business objectives.
Build, maintain and grow relationships with key industry contacts and partners to develop and strengthen the Launchmetrics brand. Regularly attending industry events, on behalf of Launchmetrics, where appropriate.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute partnership-related events (virtual and in-person), coordinating with venue and service providers and assisting with on-the-ground execution as needed.
Manage partnership documentation and the database while streamlining processes and improving workflows for greater efficiency.
Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential partners aligning with Launchmetrics’ goals and business objectives
Propose innovative ideas to enhance activations and maximize brand visibility
Generate comprehensive campaign and partner reports, analyzing Launchmetrics’ industry impact and value
ABOUT YOU
1-2 years experience in Brand Marketing, Partnerships or PR
Strong interest in FLB industries, with awareness of their dynamics and trends
Comfortable working with team members across different roles and levels
A strategic mindset and business acumen
Self-motivated, adaptable and organized, with strong attention to detail.
Skilled in Excel, Powerpoint and Google Workspace
Native-level English or strong written communication skills, enjoys copywriting
A proactive learner, problem solver and creative thinker

ABOUT THE MARKETING TEAM
We are a global and highly diverse team – distributed in six different countries, with multiple nationalities and varied expertise – and we always work collaboratively to understand each other in a "global" way to achieve the best results as one team. The Marketing team works daily on the ideation, production and distribution of campaigns to attract the Launchmetrics' target audience.
