Brand Insights Analyst,Great China
As a Brand Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering insightful reports and building customer relationships in the Fashion, Lifestyle & Beauty industries using Launchmetrics products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Brand Insights Analyst has the mission to deliver insightful data to our high-service customers via the Launchmetrics products and services. Combining industry knowledge (Fashion, Lifestyle & Beauty) with data, the Brand Insights Analyst will build and own customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner for our customers to provide data-driven recommendations and support their initiatives to drive their marketing and communication strategy.
What You’ll Do:
Be an expert on platform functions and data to become a reliable advisor for clients, continuously driving value and ROI- connecting their goals to outcomes;
Liaise and coordinate with different teams for internal projects and perfect delivery of day-to-day work;
Deliver training to the clients (face-to-face / online / via emails), and deliver live presentations with the support of the team and the Senior Managers;
Understand customers' marketing and communication goals to precisely scope their needs and priorities in terms of strategy and measurement;
Identify trends and patterns in datasets to build detailed and insightful reports, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analyses to make recommendations around brand performance;
Act as a reliable advisor to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders and customer teams;
Work with Senior Market Managers to do regular account reviews with clients to ensure regular communication around priorities, reporting, data, and platform needs;
Ensure that appropriate client contacts, documentation, reviews, reports, and risks are added to Salesforce and/or Gainsight and are kept up-to-date regularly;
Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. Nurture them through handover to the sales team, and support the pre-sales process as a data and consulting expert.
ABOUT YOU
Who You Are:
1-3 years experience with data analytics and management;
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required;
Quick learner, great communication skills;
Intermediate Excel skills and appetite for analysis and writing data-driven insights;
Highly responsible, conscientious, careful, proactive, and has great potential to grow;
Desire to grow, positive mindset, and a great team player;
A curious temper, autonomy, and a great sense of adaptability are appreciated skills for the role;
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills;
Ability to understand customers’ business challenges and needs;
Demonstrates innate curiosity and enthusiasm for doing new things in new ways.
Extra Credit:
Passionate about the Fashion, Luxury, and Cosmetics industry in general;
A major in Statistics, Data Analysis, Media, Marketing, or Fashion will be a plus;
Demonstrate an ability to adapt to complex and changing environments;
Deals with issues constructively, seeking effective resolution;
Perceptive and sensitive to the needs and motivations of others;
Experienced to work with Great China clients;
Location in HK or Shanghai, locating in Shanghai would be preferred.
