🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales director assistant to join our dynamic and exciting Asset Production team. This is a great opportunity to work across a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the platform’s accounts (social media, website, newsletter)

• Follow all aspects of photographers' material management (portfolio, archive)

• Assist Sales Director in preparing estimates

• Keep an archive of estimates and documents concerning production projects

• Assist Sales Director in Customer Support before and during the execution of the project and staying updated on all the steps concerning a project

🏆 ABOUT YOU

• Fluent English written and spoken

• Fluent on Social media management

• Self-motivated and organized.

• Ability to create and present projects with Microsoft Office package

• Project management attitude

• Team player, curious & sociable
