💡 ABOUT THE DATA OPERATIONS TEAM
At Launchmetrics, our data is the backbone of our products and the core of the value we bring to our customers.
Based all around the world (Spain, Italy, Romania, China, Venezuela and more) our data ops team is formed by nearly 200 people who all work together toward the same goal: providing the most exhaustive, relevant and accurate data to our customers.
🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE
As a DataOps Specialist for APAC, you will contribute to the expansion, improvement and maintenance of our Online & Social coverage database in order to make sure that we have the best possible coverage for our customers.
You will work hand in hand with our team based in Europe focussing on sources from APAC countries. You will also work on providing support for customer raised requests related to these markets.
Missions:
Discover new sources (online media or social accounts) that should be tracked to meet the monitoring needs of our clients.
Add new media and social accounts to our database and enrich them with needed information (name, country, quality estimation, etc). Set up crawlers for online sources (analyzing HTML structure and writing regular expressions).
Contribute to maintaining a high quality standard by regularly troubleshooting and fixing errors in our database of media and social profiles.
Collaborate with your manager and product team in order to define and improve our tools, processes and reach better efficiency.
Support CS and Sales teams in their activities by fixing errors raised by clients and answering questions about our data.
🏆 ABOUT YOU
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree or above. Major in IT, ASIX, DAM, DAW, Data Entry, Documentalism or similar will be a plus.
Knowledge of regular expressions, html, data entry, data management, and data organization methodologies.
Great written English is mandatory. Fluent oral in English will be a plus.
Our users all work in the Fashion, Luxury and Beauty industries, our focus is thus in this field. Knowledge or at least curiosity for those industries is important to strive in the role !
