🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE
The Partner Account Manager is the primary link between Launchmetrics and our agency programs. This role will be responsible for building and growing Launchmetrics’ agency programs. This individual will identify and complete compelling partnership alliances that drive revenue growth for the business.
- Build out and manage our agency business.
- Develop and scale current Partner business (Agencies).
- Structure the partner program to scale through process and documentation, ensuring all partners have the tools and support they need.
- Increase both the Revenue and Customer Base of Agencies
- Coordinate with Regional Account Managers and local CS Managers the Partner Program execution
- Collect market feedback and work directly with marketing, product/product marketing to fine tune Partner Packages if needed
🏆 ABOUT YOU
- 4+ years of sales experience working with or in Marketing/PR Agencies.
- Experience owning and scaling growth projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual as well as part of a global team.
- Able to present confidently to an audience from all levels within a global organization.
- Proven track record in reaching and exceeding targets.
- Strong strategic selling skills and business acumen & pipeline management skills.
You’ll be our rockstar if
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Regularly manage complex, multi-project accounts.
