Marketing Executive (French Native)
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to help engine and grow Launchmetrics' business at scale. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and executing marketing programs.

The Marketing team works daily on the ideation, production and distribution of campaigns with the objective of attracting the Launchmetrics' target audience.
🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to be part of the Business Marketing team. This role helps engine and grow Launchmetrics' business at scale. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing and executing marketing programs according to the global business marketing strategy, measuring and reporting on impact and driving a range of cross channel marketing targeted at FLB accounts. Some examples include executing custom integrated business marketing campaigns and producing ad-hoc content. This role will require an extensive amount of relationship-building — from developing and maintaining strategic relationships and networks with external partners and customers to developing deep partnerships with key internal cross-functional partners and stakeholders worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate account planning and execution with sales, CS & marketing stakeholders to build account-based marketing program calendars to drive engagement, generate opportunities, and support conversion rates.
- Manage account-based marketing activities, in partnership with sales, including: identifying target accounts, developing strategy, executing campaigns with the support of cross-functional teams.
- Build and share reports, best practices, lessons learned and post-recaps with Sales & CS teams during account review calls.
- Support and manage key partnerships with local businesses/organizations who can help with our go-to-market campaigns and contribute to business opportunities (channels, co-hosted events, local networking groups, etc.).
- Contribute to the creation of content for demand generation or account-based purposes.
- Shape and lead the client's marketing strategy, aligning with the CS team, establishing regular meetings to define a quarterly-monthly action plan, coordinating efforts with other marketing stakeholders, and following the evolution of the engagement and conversion results for upselling purposes. .

- Demonstrated capacity of developing industry leading marketing strategies in a SaaS environment.
- Deep knowledge of the marketing and FLB industries.
- Strong creative flair to bring fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience of driving operational efficiency through automation of tools and processes.
- Successful track record of fostering valuable partnerships with sales and helping them hit their quotas.
- Ability to deliver thorough, quality results within tight deadlines and budgets.
- Fluency in English and French.

- Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian is a plus!
- Strong experience working with tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Proven experience developing consumer marketing strategies to drive impact.
