Data Ops people maintain and update the company's data assets so we have the best possible and most up-to-date data on our products, across all channels: print, online and social.

Our mission is to manage and update our data assets: in collaboration with the Product team we work on the roadmap to support the company data strategy and answer our customers' coverage needs


The main responsibility of the Data Entry Coordinator is making sure the print data collection moves on swiftly by coordinating with several data classification external providers around the world.

You will be a key figure in Print Data Ops, making sure the internal process moves smoothly and the data delivery deadlines are met with efficiency through constant supervision and communication with internal teams as well as external providers.


  • Coordinate daily distribution of workload to data providers through constant communication and great organization
  • Manage and keep track of priority based on customer needs
  • Report and analysis on data provider work volume
  • Update print media database for details impacting data provider work volume such as editorial calendars
  • Provide support to various teams on internal projects and specific customer data classification projects


Your Profile

  • Experience in project and/or supplier coordination
  • Fast learner with great communication skills
  • Advanced Italian and English, proficient in Excel
  • Great organizational skills with the ability to keep track of fast-changing priorities and to switch from one task to another
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail

You’ll be our rockstar if

  • You have experience in working closely with print media publishers/editors in the luxury publication industry and has expert knowledge of  editorial calendars
  • We’ll greatly value knowledge of other languages such as Chinese, Spanish, French, German among others
