The Customer Service intern will assist the customer service team on execution projects.

  • Support the execution projects, including customer information collection, data analysis, and translation.
  • Have daily communication and coordination of customer projects
  • Assist team to complete client proposals and reports.
  • Manage and update team materials and documents.
  • Other tasks of the Customer Service team


Your Profile

  • You'er bachelor degree or above in related field.
  • You can speak, read and write English and Chinese fluently.
  • You have demonstrated clear interest and active participation on various social media platforms.
  • You have an obvious passion for fashion, e-commerce, social media, digital and technology.
