The Data Ops team mission is to manage and update our data assets: in collaboration with the Product team we work on the roadmap to support the company data strategy and answer our customers coverage needs


As a Clippings Coordinator you will handle clipping, tagging and classification tasks on our customers content; based on the customer needs to better classify and analyze their data. Work with our external providers to integrate content relevant to our customers into our platform.

You will also have the opportunity to help improve our classification and qualification workflows by working with our Labs and Brand Intelligence teams on different projects.


  • Manage projects and analyze press collections for clients in the luxury, fashion and beauty sectors.
  • Manage the workload according to the needs of each project.
  • Follow the activities and news of the clients in relation to the articles that are analyzed.
  • Update the written media database with its advertising value.
  • Support the team in situations of crisis or growth in workload in joint projects.
  • Follow up with the customers on the status of the projects.
  • Work with our external providers to make sure that content is integrated correctly and efficiently.
  • Carry out quality studies on different external projects


Your Profile

  • Degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Tourism or similar.
  • Knowledge of print media, online and social networks.
  • Advanced English
  • Analytical ability to draw qualitative conclusions from quantitative data.
  • Autonomy
  • Ability to switch from one task to another.
