💡 ABOUT THE MARKETING TEAM

We are a global and highly diverse team – distributed in six different countries, with multiple nationalities and varied expertise – we always work collaboratively to understand each other in a "glocal" way to achieve the best results as one team. The Marketing team works daily on the ideation, production and distribution of campaigns with the objective of attracting the Launchmetrics' target audience.

🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the CMO, the Brand Marketing Manager will sit in the Brand Marketing team and be responsible for defining, planning and executing the marketing strategy for their territory. The Manager will work closely with the local Sales and Customer Success teams as well as the global digital, product marketing and corporate communications teams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Local marketing planning and budget management: Taking the decision on the most profitable tactics for your market and being vigilant in evaluating results against goals 
  • Define and execute localized ABM strategy to target wish list brands- creating personalized campaigns designed to engage each account, basing the marketing message on the specific attributes and needs of the account, leveraging tactics including but not limited to ABM Content, Virtual & Physical Events, etc. with the goal of generating business
  • Work with Brand Marketing colleagues to identify and manage local strategic partnerships to drive revenue in the market
  • Serve as an ambassador and manage key industry partnerships including local Fashion Weeks, Federations and various professional organizations
  • Act as local spokesperson, when relevant at events and beyond
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to increase brand advocacy in the market
  • Support Global Marketing team with promoting global programs and content within the reach to create nurture future pipeline growth through local awareness 
  • Support with translating, editing and writing texts for the social, website, emails and Launchmetrics blog (eBooks, guides, reports, infographics, blog posts, etc.) when needed

  • Local marketing contribution to revenue

Your Profile:

 As the ideal candidate, you are someone who is interested in technology and the fashion, luxury and beauty industries. The role will require an entrepreneurial culture, creative storytelling and public speaking skills, proven business and strategic acumen, strong organizational and planning skills as well as ability to communicate effectively in cross-cultural and cross-functional contexts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/PR, or a related field
  • Passionate Marketer, with 4+ years of Marketing experience in Tech/SaaS companies or FLC industry
  • Understanding and connections in the Fashion, Luxury or Beauty sector in the US
  • Proven track record of lead generation and revenue growth success
  • Ability to perform within a fast-paced, multi-priority setting
  • Strong critical thinker, analytical, with complex problem-solving skills 
  • Highly motivated “do-er” with a strong sense of collaboration, ownership, urgency and drive
  • Excellent time-management skills with an ability to effectively prioritize tasks 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing ROI tools & techniques, including use of SalesForce, Hubspot, etc a plus
