We turn awareness into business by managing inbound lead activity, developing creative ABM programs, qualifying active buying interest and developing opportunity for Account Executives. Our mission is to generate a quality sales pipeline, the lifeblood of the company.


As Business Development Representative you will manage inbound and outbound lead activity in your territory, qualifying active buying interest and developing opportunities for the business. This key and integral role directly affects the ongoing success of Launchmetrics and offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the company.


  • Prospect, educate, qualify inbound and outbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
  • Update prospect interaction in to ensure efficient lead management
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
  • Work with team to integrate on and constantly improve processes
  • Know-how of Launchmetrics tools and marketing contents to optimize the outreach to prospective customers
  • Research and analyze prospect attributes to develop a targeted value proposition 
  • Collaborate with the team on integrated campaigns/new initiatives/processes to grow the business in the US



Your Profile

  • You have 1-2 years experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing roles. 
  • You have studied Business Administration, Communications, PR, Fashion or other relevant majors 
  • You have experience with CRM software 
  • You have ability to work effectively as an individual as well as part of a global team
  • You are able to present confidently to an audience from all levels within a global organization, and adapt your speech no matter who you are talking to. 
  • You have ability to coach and provide quality feedback to team members
  • Last, but definitely not least: You speak, read, and write English and Italian fluently.


You’ll be our rockstar if

  • You have experience using Salesforce
  • You have knowledge about the Fashion, Beauty & Luxury industry or you already worked in Fashion or PR environment
  • You have regularly managed complex, multi-project accounts
  • You speak, read and write Spanish
