Under the supervision of the Group Accounts Receivable Coordinator, the Jr. Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely with the sales team and the finance team to handle all client administrative and finance matters, including billing, collections, and assisting the accountant with revenue recognition. The Jr. Accounts Receivable will communicate with clients directly on administrative matters, managing and resolving any problems or conflicts.


  • Creation/update of customer records and contracts, descriptions of products and prices in Salesforce CRM and Netsuite ERP.
  • Issuance invoices and credit notes in Salesforce/Netsuite ERP;
  • Monitoring of customers, Cash-collections, and contracts; 
  • Collection of administrative documents for the creation of customer records.
  • Interaction with customers by phone and email.
  • Follow-up of collections, management of the factoring contract, collections dispute resolution and information feedback between the customers in question.
  • Development and analysis of KPIs related to the account receivable activity;
  • Establishment /updating of processes and participation in the development of tools to optimize those processes.


Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration 
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position, preferably in the IT sector (SAAS model) for B2B Customers. 
  • General Accounting knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing company, with the flexibility and autonomy that implies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a sense of diplomacy, and dynamism.
  • Discipline, organization, and availability are essential to carry out the entrusted missions.
  • Strong sense of customer service.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Expert with excel. 

You’ll be our rockstar if

  • Prior experience with Netsuite and/or Salesforce a plus
  • Ability to approach and resolve stressful situations with calm and poise.
